Boys Basketball Info: 

• Tryouts start on 11/2/26

• Practices will run daily Monday-Friday from 3:45 - 5:15 pm.

1. Register your student using FinalForms (Registration is currently open)
2. Take physical forms to your doctor after printing out from Final Forms: Preparticipation Physical Eval Form (Stays with Doctor), Physical Exam (Stays with Doctor), and Medical Elgibility Form (Doctor completes and you Upload into Final Forms). 
3. Pay for ASB Membership Card ($25/year) and Participation Fee ($175/sport) online or by check/cash
